The Queenstown CC Chess Club was formed in 1971. The Club room is used by members to play Mindsports like International Chess, Chinese Chess and Weiqi. Practices are held every Sunday from 3 to 7 pm. Members can have access to chess sets, clocks and chess books. Every year, the Club organizes 4 chess tournaments. They are 1) QCC Age Group Chess C'ship 2) QCC Chess Club C'ship 3) QCC Open Chess C'ship 4) QCC Veteran Chess C'ship.
